We gathered to celebrate our 8th Plenary Meeting in Alghero, Sardinia!

Over the course of two days, we reviewed our progress, exchanged valuable results, and outlined the next steps in our wildfire management strategy as the project neared its conclusion.

On the final day, we traveled to Tempio Pausania for a field trip. During a guided tour, we explored the cork oak forests and learned about sustainable management practices.

It was really good to have a few days to exchange news and opinions with partners and participants. We looked forward to our final Plenary Meeting in Alcalá next year.
